Food & Beverage Credits
When you choose Venue Breezy Catering or Bar Services, your food and beverage purchases can be applied as credits toward your facility rental fee.

Example: If your event rental is $650 and you purchase $2,500 in catering and bar services, your entire facility fee is waived.
Additional Information
- Optional Cleaning Fee: $200 (or choose to self-clean)
- Refundable Damage Deposit: $500
- 6% Kentucky Sales Tax applies to all rentals and services
- All setup, decorating, deliveries, event time, and cleanup must occur within the reserved rental period
- Clients are responsible for removing personal items and placing trash in designated containers
- All meals are subject to 15%-20% gratuity
- Christmas Parties are subject to a flat-rate rental of 4 hours/300$ with a purchase minimum
Availability
To ensure priority for weddings and large celebrations, non-wedding events may be booked up to 90 days prior to the event date.
