From prepackaged scoops to our classic ice cream truck, Breezy Hill makes it easy to bring homemade ice cream to any event. Choose from prepackaged cups, full-service truck or indoor freezer options, or even a private store rental with outdoor recreation space. With flexible pricing and packages, there’s a sweet option for every celebration.

Private Events
(Local events and Monday–Wednesday bookings may qualify for lower minimums — call for details.)
Private events require a minimum purchase of $600 or 100 scoops. This includes:
• Full setup
• One hour of staffed serving time
• Cups, spoons, and napkins
• A selection of at least 6 homemade flavors
Additional service time is available for $50 per half hour.
Corporate Events
Corporate events require a minimum purchase of $700, which includes:
• Full setup
• One hour of staffed service
• Cups, spoons, and napkins
• A minimum of 6 homemade flavors
If service exceeds the package minimum, additional servings will be billed accordingly.

Enjoy 5–6 of our best-selling homemade ice cream flavors, conveniently prepackaged in individual cups with lids — perfect for parties, employee appreciation events, schools, churches, and private gatherings.
Package Includes:
• Individually packaged ice cream cups with lids
• Spoons included
• Delivery available to your location
Freezer Rentals:
• $50 freezer rental available for 24–48 hours
Pricing:
• Prepackaged single scoops — $6.00 each (tax included)
Minimums:
• $240 minimum for private events requiring delivery or freezer rental
(Equivalent to 40 scoops)
Pickup Orders:
• 10 scoop minimum for pickup orders

Indoor Ice Cream Event with Service
- Indoor Freezer Package (Mini Freezer Service)
Bring the Breezy Hill ice cream experience indoors! Our staff will serve your guests directly from our Mini Indoor Freezer setup, making this the perfect option for weddings, corporate events, school functions, employee appreciation days, and private parties.
Package Includes:
• Indoor staffed ice cream service
• Your choice of flavors
• Cups, spoons, and napkins included
• Professional setup and serving station
Pricing:
• Single scoops — $6.00 each (tax included)
• Double scoops — $8.00 each (tax included)
Minimum Purchase:
• $700 minimum for the first hour of service
Examples:
• 117 single scoops = $702
• 88 double scoops = $704
You may combine single and double scoops to meet the minimum purchase requirement.
Service Time:
• The minimum package includes 1 hour of staffed service
• Additional service time — $50 per half hour

Breezy Hill Store Private Party Rental
Celebrate birthdays, family events, and more with private use of our store. Enjoy homemade ice cream, outdoor recreation with soccer and basketball goals, and 5 acres of green space with a gazebo. Rentals start at $250 plus a $200 ice cream minimum, with catering and event planning available.
My family and I stopped at the farm for lunch with our dog and were greeted by Mr. Adams (the farm’s owner.) He warmly welcomed us and offered our dog a bowl of fresh water. We set on the patio admiring the beautiful landscape. Our server Jill was wonderful. She graciously answered our energetic six year olds questions and made recommendations upon our request. The portion of the meals were quite generous, delicious, hot and the service was surprisingly quick. We finished our meal with homemade ice cream. There was a long list of flavor options, we tried the peach and coconut, both were delicious. After, we drove to the back of the farm where mason jars were stationed to cut fresh wild flowers and make bouquets. We really enjoyed the opportunity to do this and the hospitality shown us.
